Hi there, thank you for visiting my site.

My name is Paula Pollard and I have been a keen photographer since and early age.  Major Subjects Photography and Arts through secondary school to Bursary level ( black n white film ), I have completed various other short courses photography/ photoshop /desktop publishing and such.

I have always had a camera in hand for the majority of my life,  to me my photography is escapism . I lead a busy life as a Wife/ Mother, Practice manager of our family owned business, Treasurer/ Secretary/ Administrator of a busy West Auckland, Rugby Club. 

For some 30 years I have bred and shown dogs, Great Danes have been my breed of choice since 1994. I have enjoyed dog sports including Breed showing, obedience, I've even tried my hand at agility.  Currently I am not showing,  to keep enjoying dog shows I have starting capturing Canines and their relationships with there owner/handlers,  capturing moment /successes to be shared.

When not photographing dog shows you will find me on the side line of a good game of Rugby, capturing events and fundraisers, chasing my son around on his Motorcross bike or patiently watching wild life go about their daily business. 

 To me we take photos as a return ticket to a moment otherwise gone.
